Terms of Service

These Terms govern the AstroZone website at https://getastrozone.com, the AstroZone mobile application and the related digital content and services (the "Service") provided by Simon Tivadar egyéni vállalkozó ("AstroZone", "we" or "us").

By creating an account or placing an order, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms and the Privacy Policy. We record the document, language, version and time of acceptance.

AstroZone provides entertainment and general informational content only. Horoscopes, tarot readings, predictions, dream interpretations, compatibility reports, past-life readings, stories and chat responses are not medical, mental-health, legal, financial or investment advice and must not replace a qualified professional.

The Service does not predict future facts and must not be used for emergency or crisis support. In an immediate emergency call your local emergency service (112 in the EU, 911 in the United States). In the United States, call or text 988 for crisis support. In Hungary, the adult emotional support line is 116-123.

You remain responsible for your decisions and for verifying information before relying on it.

The Service is intended for users aged 16 or older. Local law or an app store may require a higher minimum age or parental involvement; those rules prevail. Do not use the Service if you cannot legally enter into this agreement.

Registration is available by email and password or Google sign-in. You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials confidential and notify us promptly of unauthorized access. One person may maintain one account. We may suspend abusive, fraudulent or unlawful accounts after appropriate notice, except where immediate action is necessary.

You may delete your account at any time in Profile settings. Details are provided on the Account deletion page.

A significant part of the Service is generated by artificial intelligence. In chat, you interact with an AI system, not a human. AI output is probabilistic: it may be inaccurate, incomplete, inconsistent or unsuitable for your circumstances, and the same input may produce different output.

Do not submit information that you are not authorized to use. Details about data sent to AI providers are set out in the Privacy Policy. AstroZone may change models or providers while maintaining the protections described there.

The Service may include a limited free tier, recurring subscriptions and one-time credit packages. The checkout screen shows the applicable currency, total price, billing interval, included credits and feature cost before you order.

Purchased one-time credits do not expire while the account remains active. Subscription credits are linked to the billing cycle and may reset at renewal. Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred and end when the account is deleted, subject to mandatory law and any refund due.

We may change future prices or plan features. A price increase for an existing subscription is communicated in advance and applies only as allowed by the relevant store, payment provider and mandatory consumer law.

Web payments are processed through Stripe via AstroZone's payment integration. Mobile purchases are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play; their terms also apply and they control billing and store refunds.

Recurring subscriptions renew automatically at the price and interval displayed at checkout until cancelled. You may cancel at any time through the wallet/subscription area for web purchases or through your Apple or Google subscription settings for mobile purchases. Cancellation stops the next renewal; access normally continues until the end of the paid period.

The contract is formed when payment succeeds and we confirm the order. Electronic invoices for direct web purchases are issued through Billingo Technologies Zrt..

If you are an EU/EEA consumer, you generally have 14 days from concluding a distance service contract to withdraw without giving a reason. For digital content supplied immediately, this right may be lost only after your express prior consent to immediate performance and your acknowledgement of that consequence. Digital services are subject to the mandatory conformity and remedy rules applicable in your country.

Send a clear withdrawal request to info@astrozone.hu or Felsőöregszőlők szőlő 159., 6400 Kiskunhalas, Hungary. Include your name, account email, order and purchase date. We will process a valid refund within the legally required period using the original payment method. Store purchases must normally be requested through Apple or Google.

Choosing Hungarian law does not deprive an EU/EEA consumer of mandatory protection provided by the law of their habitual residence. UK consumers retain mandatory rights under applicable UK law.

For United States users, prices, renewal terms and cancellation instructions are disclosed before purchase and in the order confirmation. State-law cancellation, automatic-renewal and privacy rights apply where relevant and cannot be waived by these Terms.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES THAT AI-GENERATED CONTENT WILL BE ACCURATE OR FIT FOR A PARTICULAR DECISION. This does not exclude warranties or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

These Terms do not create a mandatory arbitration agreement or class-action waiver. Disputes remain subject to the jurisdiction rules in section 16 and any non-waivable local rights.

You must not use the Service unlawfully; harass others; upload content that infringes rights; bypass access, credit or payment controls; scrape or automate the Service without permission; compromise security; resell accounts; or initiate fraudulent chargebacks.

Some features let you enter another person's name, birth details, description or image. You confirm that you have a lawful basis and all permissions required to provide and use that information. We may remove content that appears unlawful or infringes another person's rights.

AstroZone software, branding, interface, editorial content and graphics are owned by or licensed to us. Subject to these Terms, you may save and share output generated for your personal use. Commercial resale, systematic extraction, mirroring and use of Service content to train another AI system require prior written permission.

You retain rights in content you submit. You grant us only the limited rights needed to host, process and return that content and to operate and secure the Service as described in the Privacy Policy.

We aim for reliable availability but do not promise uninterrupted operation. Maintenance, network failures, payment, AI, hosting or app-store outages and force majeure may cause interruptions. Mandatory remedies remain available where a paid digital service is not in conformity.

We may improve, replace or discontinue features. We will give reasonable advance notice of a material adverse change to a paid service and provide any credit, extension, cancellation or refund required by law.

Hungarian consumers may contact the competent consumer-protection authority or conciliation body. EU/EEA consumers may seek assistance from the European Consumer Centre in their country. Privacy complaints may be made to the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (NAIH) or, where applicable, the supervisory authority of your habitual residence. You may also bring a claim before a competent court.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for intentional misconduct, death or personal injury caused by legally relevant fault, fraud, mandatory consumer remedies or any liability that law does not permit us to exclude.

Subject to those exceptions, we are not responsible for decisions made from entertainment content, inaccuracies inherent in AI output, interruptions outside our reasonable control, incorrect user input, user-caused account compromise or third-party services. Where a financial cap is lawful, aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

The Privacy Policy explains personal-data processing and the Cookie Policy explains device storage. Material changes to these Terms will be announced at least 15 days before they take effect where practicable, including by email to registered users. The version accepted when an order was placed governs that order unless mandatory law requires otherwise.

These Terms are governed by Hungarian law, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections of their habitual residence. Courts are determined by applicable jurisdiction and consumer-protection rules; no provision requires a consumer to sue exclusively in Hungary where local law grants another forum.

If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. The Hungarian and English documents are separate consumer-facing versions. Neither version overrides mandatory information presented in the language of the relevant checkout.
