What does Ten of Wands mean upright?
Burden, overload and responsibilities carried alone. You have taken on more than one person can reasonably hold, and the goal is in sight but the weight is real. Set something down or hand it over. The Ten of Wands asks whether every one of those burdens is truly yours.
What does Ten of Wands mean reversed?
Collapse under the load, or the beginning of letting go. Something has to be released before you reach the finish. Delegate, decline, or simply stop. Carrying everything is not the same as being responsible.
